Above rates do not include a one time cleaning fee
(laundry, house cleaning, maintenance, etc.) of
$150. Cleaning fee required no matter length of
stay. |

A one-week minimum rental
period is required. Special
conditions may apply for holidays or special events. |

A maximum of 6 overnight guests are allowed. |
|
Weekly rental period is from Saturday to Saturday
and can be extended depending on availability. Check
in time is 3 p.m., check out time is 11 a.m. |

Full rent for the entire stay is payable in advance. |
|
A credit card and $500 security deposit must accompany
reservation. The deposit will be refunded 45 days
after rental. Long distance telephone calls and
lost or damaged items will be deducted from the
security deposit or charged to the credit card.

No weddings, pets or smoking allowed. |
