Ocean breezes off the Atlantic makes this a very appealing
location year round. Swimming and sun bathing is ideal
in the summer months, but other months have extremely
nice weather as well. For monthly

various activities, like dining and shopping, convenient?
Ashley House provides the best of both worlds. Located
on a private beach, the house allows users to easily wind
down without distraction. But if more is desired, the
house is conveniently located between St. Augustine (7
miles North) and Ponte Vedra (15 miles South).

What
are the check-in and check-out times?
To allow the house to be thoroughly cleaned before new
guests arrive, the earliest check-in time is at 3 p.m.
and the latest check-out time is 11 a.m. For weekly rentals,
check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. |

How
many guests can stay at Ashley House?
The two-story three bedroom house provides accommodations
for a maximum of six total overnight guests (two king
size beds and one queen). Note that weddings are not allowed, even if guests do not stay overnight. |

Am
I responsible for cleaning the house before leaving?
To help ease the transition when guests leave the house,
a contracted cleaning service will ready the house (laundry,
house cleaning, maintenance, etc.) before the next party
arrives. An additional fee of $150 is mandatory for all
rentals, no matter the length of stay. Our goal is to
provide the highest level of service and standards to
all guests. |

Is
this a smoke-free house?
Completed in the winter of 2001, Ashley House is a smoke-free
house. In addition, no pets are allowed on the premises. |

What
is Ashley House's Availability?
Even though we take last minute reservations if there
is availability, we do recommend planning up to 3 or 4
months ahead of time to assure a specific week, especially
from May through September. For exact days, please see
our Availability Calendar. |
