As a highly recommended special option, guests staying at the Ashley House can now take advantage of the Serenata Beach Club. Just 1 mile south of the house, the newly built Serenata Beach Club is a private oceanfront club offering the following amenities:

	A 12,000 square foot Clubhouse providing indoor and outdoor dining
	A 4,000 square foot private adult pool, including lap lanes, a Jacuzzi, and unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean
	A second 4,000 square foot heated family pool, featuring a 12' waterfall
	Kids play pool with water games
	Lifeguards on duty from 10:00 AM to Sunset, Tuesday through Sunday.
	Sea kayak, wave board, snorkel and scuba rentals beach side
	A fully equipped fitness center including Cybex circuit training machines, treadmills, bikes and steppers, free weights and a stretching area

Due to the nature of this special agreement, use of the club includes a $75 weekly charge for a family as well as a 6% renter privilege fee. User fees (food, guests, rentals, etc.) associated with the club are not included. If you would like to take advantage of this option, arrangements must be made in advance and a credit card imprint is required.
