Over seventy golf courses dot the landscape of Northeast
Florida, with a number of courses ranking in the top 100 in
the United States. Here are our recommendations if you want
to play a round or two during your stay.

King & Bear at the World Golf Village
A major destination for golf fans around the world, the World
Golf Village is home to two professional level courses. The
King & Bear, designed by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold
Palmer, hosts the Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf in April
and is a must for the avid golfer. If you're in the area,
be sure to sign
up for TeesAndGreens.com's free golf giveaway. Each month
two twosomes are given away to the King & Bear.
Tournament Players Club at
Sawgrass - Stadium Course
Ranked 7th in Golf Magazine's "100 great courses you
can play", the
stadium course hosts the PGA's Players Championship every
March. Test your nerves on the famous 17th island green!

Slammer & Squire at the
World Golf Village
Overlooking the Golf Hall of Fame, the Slammer
and Squire is the first course built at the World Golf
Village and provides a challenging layout. Both World Golf
Village courses are always in excellent condition.
Tournament Players Club at
Sawgrass - Valley Course
Next to the Stadium Course, the
Valley Course displays rolling fairways and exceptionally
fast greens. A great alternative to the Stadium Course.
Sawgrass
Another course in Golf Magazine's "100 great courses
you can play", the East-West
course is the original home to the Tournament Players
Championship before moving across the street to the Stadium
Course. Designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay.
Ponce de Leon
A local public favorite in St. Augustine, the
Ponce de Leon course is only 15 minutes away from the
house. A great course for the golfer on a budget.
