If you like jumbo butterfly shrimp lightly fried, you can?t pass up Barnacle Bill's. Located in the heart of St. Augustine, right down the street from Ripley?s Believe It or Not, Barnacle Bill's is a great family restaurant with reasonable prices. Similar to O'Steen's (see below), but the wait is a little shorter.

You know this is a local favorite when patrons wait up to two hours. O'Steen's isn?t high on the list for atmosphere, but the seafood is wonderful, especially the butterfly fried shrimp. Make sure you try their famous Florida Key lime pie as well; but get there early, it goes fast.

Near the Old Mission across from an extremely large cross (can’t miss it), this fine dining restaurant features continental and French cuisine. Appropriate dress recommended.
